Thank u so much for all your help over the last 2 months an even now your still helping me due to struggling after a flood in my home .( Thank u Marta ) i dont know what i would have done if citizen advice werent there to help. . Email is best way to contact them as u get a reply quicker an can give u advice an support as soon as they can . Usually that day or within 2 days. Thank u again

No one answered the phone after an hour…. Either closed, no staff or just too busy to answer the phone - a call waiting system would be useful so you know where you are in the queue!!

Was referred by the council for them to help with my homelink application ,the lady said she could help untill I gave my ethnic background as being mixed English caribian then all off a sudden she said she didn't see they could help fill out an online form as staff are working from home due to covid 19" I fail to see how this works and left me feeling discriminated against and unwilling to ever ask for their help again"
